FRINGE (updated 2023) Digital PDF Quilt Pattern by Robin Pickens
FRINGE (updated 2023) Digital PDF Quilt Pattern by Robin Pickens
Say hello to FRINGE 2.0! This pattern is an updated version of the Fringe quilt. The asymmetrical version has left to make room for more sizes. Sizes include a Lap, Twin and Large Square. This quilt pattern for FRINGE includes a PDF downloadable pattern by Robin Pickens, shown using her Dandi Duo collection for Moda Fabrics (the sister collection to Dandi Annie), but can be made with your choice of fabrics. This easy quick quilt uses aLayer Cake precut of 10" squares to make a grid-oriented design with large panels suitable to showcase large scale prints. The borders include a thin sashing line that runs to the edge in a modern take on fringe at the edges of woven material. The pattern is written for Twin quilt size of 68 1/2" x 83 1/4" or Large Square of 68 1/2" x 68 1/2", or a Lap/Wall size of 53 3/4" x 53 3/4". Yardage needed is indicated on the back of pattern. This pattern easily scales up to larger sizes by adding more panels across the quilt.
Patterns are for use with your own cotton fabrics. The actual item being sold and downloaded are the PDF patterns for making the quilt, not the actual quilt or fabrics. This pattern is a PDF booklet of 8 pages (6 pages plus front and back cover). Instructions include indications of yardage needed and steps to make a twin, large square and lap/wall quilt. This pattern is suitable for a more novice/beginning quilter and uses basic patchwork piecing.
Please note the photos of the quilts are to show what the quilts can look like when made up. The item for sale is the PDF of the pattern, not the quilts. There is no printed pattern that is shipped when purchasing a downloadable PDF.
The PDF is for your own personal printing for your own directions to make the quilts and not for mass printing for resale or for group distribution for classes. You may sell the quilts made with this pattern but please credit Robin Pickens as the designer of the quilt pattern. Thank you!
