Shipping policy
AT THIS TIME we are only shipping physical product to the US and CANADA. Sorry for any inconvenience for people wanting fabric but there are numerous restrictions to a variety of countries. Happily, the digital products of PDFs for patterns will be delivered globally.
If multiple shipping profiles get added to your order for a combination of types of products (you are ordering multiple, different types of things), we will refund the overage that was not needed from shipping the items together when possible. Due to often needing a larger shipping box, the full amount added shipping is not always refunded, but partially refunded, when there is a significant overage. Refunds for shipping overage occur at time order is filled.
Products usually ship out between 1-5 days after purchase. We use the United States Postal Service for mailing our patterns and fabric goods. Print on Demand products may ship from a separate facility (example: Printful produces mugs and some totes on the site) with separate shipping arrangements.
Shipping delays have been reported with using USPS due to pandemic and an increased demand for mailing/shipping. Please let us know if you have not received your pattern within a couple weeks of ordering. Scap bags, kits, totes and tea towels will have tracking numbers when shipped that can be checked on the USPS website for delivery updates.
