Refund policy

Returns
We don't take returns and or do refunds on printed materials such as patterns, books and items which could be photocopied. Patterns are not for copying and distribution by others. Please respect designer's copyrights. 

Digital download products are not returnable.

Quilt kits are cut to custom size and not returnable due to the custom nature of the product. 

Precuts are returnable within 30 days but must be returned in the condition they were sent in (for example, an unopened jelly roll with all the pieces still there and in the correct size). We can not return precuts that have been partially used. Postage will be paid for shipping by the buyer to return an item if it is due to changing their mind. Return shipping paid by seller will be decided based on a case by case basis if there are other reasons for returns. Other issues
Sometimes we make mistakes... if you receive the wrong item, let us know so we can look into it and make it right. Please email rmpickens@yahoo.com.

And occasionally someone orders more than one item when they only wanted one or they order a pattern they already have (done that myself!). Let us know and we will help you out!
