Wreath Birds Cross Stitch Printed Pattern

Make a double-sided ornament on one base with two bird friends, or make them as individual ornaments!

Stitch Count: Cardinal's Wreath of Leaves: 52 wide x 51 high.

Peaceful Bird's Wreath of Snow: 53 wide x 54 high

Stitched size (based on Peace Bird):

14 count Aida: 3 7/8" x 3 7/8"

28 count Linen/Evenweave over two threads: 3 7/8" x 3 7/8"

32 count Linen/Evenweave over two threads: 3 3/8" x 3 3/8"

36 count Linen/Evenweave over two threads: 3" x 3"

Models are stitched using Weeks Dye Works flosses, 2 strands over 2, and are mounted on Chantelle's 141 Design Company Wooden Ornaments.

Models are stitched on 32 count Smokey White Belfast Linen from Zweigart.

Wood ornament bases are painted with DIY Chalk Paint in Faded Burlap.

DIY Chalk Paint in Gypsy Green is used for painting scallops under Cardinal.

Blue under Peace Bird is mixed from General Finishes Milk Paint in Alabaster and China Blue.

I lightly drew the designs onto the boards betore painting the Alabaster leaves and snowflakes. A reference image of painted motifs is available at:
