Eat Well, Be Well consist of 2 patterns: Nourish and Eat Well, Be Well. Part of the Plate-itudes designer collaboration, the designs are creative, fun sentiments for display in lovely vintage plates and platters. These designs could also be finished as pillows or other wall art.

Nourish Stitch Count: 119 wide x 84 high.

Stitched Size: 14 Count Aida: 8 1/2" x 6".

25 count lugana over two threads: 9 5/8" x 6 3/4".

32 Count Linen over two threads 7 1/2" x 5 1/4".

36 Count Linen over two threads: 6 5/8" x 4 3/4".

Stitch Count: 95 wide x 106 high.

Stitched Size: 14 Count Aida: 6 7/8" x 7 5/8".

25 Count Lugana over two threads: 7 5/8" x 8 1/2".

32 Count Linen over two threads: 6" x 6 5/8".

Charts are shown stitched in Weeks Dye Works flosses but DMC flosses are also cross referenced.
