STRIPED SWEET PETITE is a cross stitch pattern for fun little alphabet initials, designed by Robin Pickens. These little 1 1/4" initials fit into mini 2" embroidery hoops for pendants, key chains, tags, etc. Other possible uses are pins, button covers, pincushion centers, or combining into monograms or small words. There are no partial or back stitches. Different colors in groups of 3 are suggested but use whatever combinations of 3 colors you love!
Stitch Count: Each letter circle is 17 wide by 15 high
Stitched Size on 14 count Aida: 1 1/4" x 1 1/8"
on 28 count Linen/Evenweave over two threads: 1 1/4" x 1 1/8"
25 count Lugana over two threads: 1 3/8" x 1 1/4"
Models in hoops on cover stitched with DMC floss colors on 28 count Monaco and put into mini 2" hoops (look for hoops on amazon that also have a wood circular piece that goes inside the hoop to stretch the cross stitch over and insert into hoop).
This pattern is a PDF for printing on your home computer or using on your tablet. Pattern consists of cover and interior page of full chart and color combination suggestions. Prints out onto 8.5 x 11 paper. Not for mass printing, class/workshop printing/copying, distribution or reselling of pattern. Pattern is for the sewer's individual use.
