This is a KIT for CONSTANCE using the green, orange, seafoam and dark blue color groups of roses from the Abby Rose fabric collection from Moda Fabrics. The main backgrounds feature pink Cabbage Roses and the coordinates are a mixture of other prints of Thatched, bramble roses, plaid, tin leaves, rose buds, etc. The kit makes a LAP sized quilt of 58 1/2" square. Background fabric is Moda Thatched Cream 36. Binding color is the Pollen Dance lines in green on cream from the Abby Rose collection. The mix of prints in the photograph of quilt has a pink colorway but this kit features the seafoam with roses instead. Please see photos of stacked fabric in kit for included prints. A computer image is shown for the actual layout of the LAP size quilt done with this grouping and instead of two Fat Quarters of orange, there is a half yard cut to make one extra block of the orange colorway (as shown to make the 9 blocks). Kit includes fabric for quilt top and binding. It does not include backing fabric or batting. The pattern for Constance IS included in the kit (pattern shows quilt made up in Abby Rose). The PATTERN is a printed booklet of 12 pages (10 pages plus front and back cover). The pattern booklet size is 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and also includes directions for twin and queen sized quilts if you want to make this in other fabrics. This kit utilizes the LAP size instructions. There is also a layout included as a computer printout for this color combination.
This quilt uses large panels that are suitable for big prints and stripes and stars in coordinating colors. The large panels are a great place to show off other big prints you have in future projects.
