TOKYO TERRACE Digital PDF Quilt Pattern / Twin and Lap size / Easy Fast Quilt

This quilt pattern for TOKYO TERRACE has been updated and shown with Serena Shores fabrics. There are some revisions and corrections to this pattern and the new booklet is hopefully more streamlined and improved. This quilt uses large panels that are perfect for showcasing large scale prints (and make for fast quilt piecing!). The panels are complimented by patchwork squares within the rows. Yardage needed is indicated on the back of pattern.

Patterns are for use with your own cotton fabrics. The actual item being sold and downloaded are the PDF patterns for making the quilt, not the actual quilt or fabrics. This pattern is a PDF booklet of 8 pages (6 pages plus front and back cover). The pattern booklets size is 5 1/2" x 8 1/2". Instructions include indications of yardage needed and steps to make a twin quilt (finished size 72 x 90") or lap quilt (54 x 60") of the TOKYO TERRACE design. This design is suitable for more beginning or basic quilters.

Please note the photos of the quilts are to show what the quilts can look like when made up and color variations. The item for sale is the PDF of the pattern, not the quilts. There is no printed pattern that is shipped when purchasing a downloadable PDF.

The PDF is for your own personal printing for your own directions to make the quilts and not for mass printing for resale or for group distribution for classes. You may sell the quilts made with this pattern (small scale only, no mass production) but please credit Robin Pickens as the designer of the quilt pattern. Thank you!
