TIGHTROPE digital PDF download pattern, Lap/Wall or Large

Walk the tightrope with arms outstretched along bars of color! A couple extra plus symbols make it all the way to the border. This quilt pattern for TIGHTROPE is a pdf downloadable pattern by Robin Pickens, shown using her Tulip Tango fabrics for Moda Fabrics (which ship to shops spring 2022), but can be made with your choice of fabrics. The pattern includes instructions for two sizes, a Lap/Wall of 48 x 57" or Large of 66 x 68" (Large size shown on front cover). This striking quilt uses rectangles from a Jelly Roll or Layer Cake for the prints. You can also use scrap fabric with pieces at least 9" long (so fat sixteenths will work). Yardage for blocks, background and pluses is indicated on the back of pattern.

Pattern is for use with your own cotton fabrics. The actual item being sold and downloaded is the pdf pattern for making the quilt, not the actual quilt or fabrics. This pattern is a pdf of 6 pages (from the 12 page smaller booklet, done in page spreads). There is no printed pattern that is shipped when purchasing a downloadable PDF. This design is suitable for more beginning or basic quilters.

The quilts in the sample photos are pieced by Robin Pickens and Susan Strumpf and quilted by Robin using Wishbone and Diamond Loops pantographs from Longarm League. The background used in the quilts shown are Thatched Shaddow 117 and Dotty Thatched Cream 48715-36.

The PDF is for your own personal printing for your own directions to make the quilts and not for mass printing for resale or for distributing to group classes.
